This development comes at a time when organisations are getting back to business following one of the most unprecedented times in our economy. Each standard supports its own benefits within every industry, however they all set businesses apart from competition as it shows their commitment to compliance, customer service and it tells their customers that they are serious about their needs.
We are delivering three key certifications:
-
ISO 9001 focuses on meeting your customer requirements, enhancing their satisfaction and documenting the quality of your organisation’s processes
-
ISO 14001 is the standard that sets a framework and criteria for an environmental management system
-
ISO 45001 which is the standard for health and safety. It exists to help promote and protect the health (both physical and mental) of your employees.
What is ISO Certification and why you should have it?
ISO certification is proof from a third party that you comply with an internationally recognised ISO management standard.
There are two things that ISO certification proves to a potential customer
-
That your business does things the ‘right way’, to a demanding level
-
That your business’ systems and processes have been independently audited to prove they meet the requirements of the standards.
With this in place you could increase your success in tenders, improve internal efficiency, reduce costs or simply prove to your potential customers that you are credible.
How do you obtain ISO Certification?
You can achieve ISO Certification in just 6-8 weeks using our step by step process.
Step 1: Choose the Management Standard
There are currently over 22,000 international standards available so finding the right one for your business might seem a little daunting. Most organisations start with the popular ISO 9001 Quality Management System but the best way to determine which standard is right for your business is to give us a call and discuss your needs.
Step 2: Contact Us
If you haven’t done so already, now is the time to contact our team on 01352 756114 to discuss your requirements. They will then book a site visit and go through your needs in more detail. Each of our customers has different needs and we pride ourselves on offering a truly bespoke service which is simple to follow.
Step 3: Initial Assessment
Our auditors visit you to carry out an initial assessment which will help to identify the areas of non-compliance. We will then recommend improvements as we gather all the information required for the standard.
Step 4: Preparation of Documentation
We prepare the documentation to include all the compulsory procedures required for each Standard aligned with your business procedures.
Step 5: Certification
When all requirements are met, we will present you with our ISO certification. You can now publicise your achievements.
Step 6: Reviewing and Maintaining Compliance.
ISO Standards focus on continual improvement and require ongoing work. Therefore, we will visit you periodically according to your business needs to conduct an internal review to help you stay on track and due to this failure to be annually re-certificated is rare.
