This training course is appropriate for anyone who will undertake fire door inspections including safety inspectors, fire risk assessors, building control officers, insurers, fire professionals and facilities managers.
As a Fire door inspector, you need to have a full and comprehensive understanding of your role, and a good appreciation of the current standards to achieve competence.
This online, tutor-led training is delivered in modules and covers fire door regulations, fire door testing requirements and evidence of fire door performance.

Upon Completion
There is an assessment on completion of the training. After passing the assessment, you will receive a certificate of achievement which proves your competency as a fire door inspector.
You can then inspect and sign off fire doors. The certificate is valid for 3 years from the date of passing the assessment.
