Delyn Safety Ltd was derived from a meeting of minds, top safety trainers and consultants discussing how best to provide a service to a diverse range of clients and industries.

As a group we felt that compliance alone should not be the only driver to provide these services and that client’s working with us should be helped to achieve more.

Our programs can of course deliver simple cost affective training and consultancy at the highest standard but for those looking to manage more effectively and generate cultural change in their organisations we can offer a far broader service.

Our goal is to help businesses achieve the level of compliance and good practice that they wish to achieve, making businesses safe and profitable for all those involved and affected by it.

Basil has a background in health and safety support for the hotel industry. Including food safety courses, general health and safety, and is qualified to complete fire risk assessments for all industry sectors. As a NEBOSH trainer he provides both the general certificate and the NEBOSH 3-day award and has done for a number of years with great pass rates.

Elinor has over 20 years’ experience helping organisations from a wide range of sectors with their Safety, Health, Environment and Quality needs.  As well as providing general SHEQ training, support and advice, she’s an accredited Fit2Fit RPE face fit tester and trained noise assessor.

Glenn has an extensive background in health and safety working with a variety of clients. Some of his most popular training courses include The Safe Use of Ladders and Stepladders, Manual Handling, abrasive Wheels Training and many more.

Mike has many years’ experience both working in the construction industry, as well as being a CITB trainer. He provides training country wide for our site safety plus suite of courses including HSA, SSSTS, SMSTS and refreshers.

Alan has previously worked as a commercial/industrial firefighter, meaning he has extensive knowledge and experience of fire related training/techniques and in-depth fire risk assessments. His expertise allows him to cover all aspects of fire safety and extinguisher training, along with conducting bespoke insurance and local authority approved high quality fire risk reports.

Andy is a multi-disciplinary safety consultant, with experience working with a varied selection of clients across multiple sectors. He’s also an experienced trainer, professionally accredited by the Higher Education Academy, and enjoys running a range of courses including first aid, fire awareness, manual handling, and many more.
