Delyn Safety Ltd was derived from a meeting of minds, top safety trainers and consultants discussing how best to provide a service to a diverse range of clients and industries.

As a group we felt that compliance alone should not be the only driver to provide these services and that client’s working with us should be helped to achieve more.

Our programs can of course deliver simple cost affective training and consultancy at the highest standard but for those looking to manage more effectively and generate cultural change in their organisations we can offer a far broader service.

Our goal is to help businesses achieve the level of compliance and good practice that they wish to achieve, making businesses safe and profitable for all those involved and affected by it.

Rob has worked in the military, car manufacturing industry and police. He has a wide range of experience of health and safety in those areas and brings with him a wealth of knowledge and practical experience.  Rob specialises in the manufacturing, warehousing and logistics field of operations.

Rob is a NEBOSH and IOSH accredited trainer, carrying out training and health and safety support within the dynamic setting of police operations. He’s an accredited Fit2Fit RPE face fit tester.

As a NEBOSH trainer Rob provides both the NEBOSH General Certificate and the NEBOSH Diploma modules. He is a well-respected trainer in the face to face and online teaching arenas, with a keen focus on learning styles and teaching delivery to maximise student success.

He currently enjoys supporting a broad range of businesses with their health and safety requirements and training.

Basil has a background in health and safety support for the hotel industry. Including food safety courses, general health and safety, and is qualified to complete fire risk assessments for all industry sectors. As a NEBOSH trainer he provides both the general certificate and the NEBOSH 3-day award and has done for a number of years with great pass rates.

Elinor has over 20 years’ experience helping organisations from a wide range of sectors with their Safety, Health, Environment and Quality needs.  As well as providing general SHEQ training, support and advice, she’s an accredited Fit2Fit RPE face fit tester and trained noise assessor.

Paul has around 40 years of knowledge and experience in the Fire industry earned mainly during time spent operationally during his Local Authority Fire Service career. He has also specialised in Fire Training throughout this time, from training basic recruits to operational Firefighters and training many in the business commercial and industrial sector, even international students. He currently enjoys supporting businesses with their Fire Risk Assessment requirements and Fire Training.
