With a background mainly in the leisure industry my portfolio of experience ranges from large international corporate hotel chains to small privately owned businesses including retail.
I provide support and guidance on all matters relating to health and safety and food safety, including the provision of advice on policies, the management of health and safety systems including monitoring, auditing and reviewing in addition to undertaking risk assessment review and writing.
