With 40 years experience within the building industry I have worked equally within Central Government, Local Authority and Private Practice.
A Building Surveyor by profession, I have acted as client advisor on the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations for all projects. My principal responsibilities have included; premises and site survey advice, pre-construction planning and co-ordination, undertaking site audits and the preparation of Health and Safety files.
I have worked closely with all design team members and contractor’s Health & Safety staff throughout.
